A good experience.
The customer service was undesirable at first, but it finally worked itself out. The coat that Hugh Jackman is wearing, looks like a very nice heavy, thick leather coat. The coat I bought, the leather is thin, almost like a windbreaker. The lining on the inside was thinner than I expected. Before the construction of the coat, I presented a shoulder measurement of approximately 24 inches, but was advised by the company, that it was too big. 22 inches is the correct measurement, but does not allow for wearing a coat from my suit comfortably. I think 1/4 inch added on both sides of the shoulders would be perfect to accommodate a jacket. So, a thicker leather, a thicker lining and 1/4 inch added to each shoulder and all would be great!
