Even we have booked Group ticket before started COVID and Airlines cancel the fight due COVID19. we have confirmed on an email to refund frim AIRINDIA and refund will received from Happy Easy GO on written mail and its 2 years completed but still not received any refund I need some guidance on how to prosecute these people. They should be banned entirely. They are scamming people. Worst COO and management of Happy Easy GO
