Good experience, everything was fine
Most of people that leave reviews are those who had problems during their booking or flight. If everything was fine people just forget about it and move on , they don’t write reviews. But here I am. After reading all these bad reviews I was scared to fly with them. I booked a flight from Okinawa to Shanghai and then from Shanghai to Bangkok with 3 hour of transfer time. We took off on time. Flight attendants were polite. The plane was clean and nice. Quiet and nice passengers. We were served Japanese noodles with dashi stock, a small cake, peanuts, a piece of grapefruit. Not the best food I had on a plane, but I didn’t expect food at all, so it was a good experience. Airport staff in Shanghai was very helpful. We transferred to another terminal. Next flight to Bangkok also was on time. This time no food on board. They had some good movies to watch. Everything was fine. We landed on time. Polite staff. Don’t be afraid because of these bad reviews. There are also good cases too :)
