False advertising and terrible service
Item arrived and looked nothing like the pictures shown. I reached out to the customer service team and was told they wouldn't be refunding my purchase as the item isn't faulty. They also don't accept returns due to risk of infection to their staff. Honestly disgraceful customer service when the product was falsely advertised.
