Stay away if you want your website to be up
I had my service with webcity for over 10 years and vodien bought them over, even since then I had issues with the site, it goes down every now and then I had to reach out to them to fix it, as of now it is completely down, their support is appalling, they do not know what they are doing, they now want me to pay up to move to a higher tier product which costs me almost double what I have been paying to restore service, avoid them like a plague After the review on trustpilot, I was contacted by Vodien, and they were able to resolve my issue. I have given 3 stars now. Thanks to Trustpilot
