Jeff at buy brakes was very helpful in navigating the warranty service of EBC ROTORS i purchased! He expedited my warranty process to ebc directly and even facilitated the replacement parts shipment. Jeff was technically well versed in the subject and had good input requesting me to take runout measurements on bearing components to ensure they were not the fault of the issue. Steve at buy brakes and Jeff at ebc worked out all the details and turned around a solution within 1business day!
