I had a very disappointing experience with Maya Mobile. I purchased an eSIM with internet only for my trip to Kosovo. It worked perfectly for the first day, but then it suddenly stopped working completely for the rest of my trip. I contacted customer support expecting them to resolve the issue, but all I received were generic troubleshooting suggestions like restarting my phone, resetting the network settings, and other basic steps that made no difference. After that, they simply stopped responding to my messages altogether. I was relaying on it especially for using Google Maps . Because the service failed and support was unhelpful, it had a negative impact on my holiday and caused unnecessary stress. I would not recommend Maya Mobile based on my experience
