Avoid ReserveBar
Really wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I purchased a gift for my daughter, with the issues starting from the time of order. I couldn’t select the delivery date, being a gift this was a problem. After sending a message to ReserveBar enquiring when the gift would be delivered, the run around started. I was told the deliveries are usually within 2-3 days after order but mine order had been delayed, however no explanation as to why. I was then told that as I placed the order on a Saturday, I could expect the delivery within 3-4 days. After the 3-4 days, another to say they didn’t have my selected wine in stock and could they send a substitute. Next I get a message from the delivery company, they would deliver in another 3-4 days. So this order took 9 business days to deliver, some 7 days longer than first advised. My advise, avoid ReserveBar. Totally unreliable.
