Ignorant customer service
My parcel never arrived and the tracking says returned to sender. Shokz are refusing to refund me and say that the parcel needs to arrive back to them first before refunding. The consumer rights act 2015 states that the parcel remains the sellers responsibility until the parcel is safely delivered so its clear they are happy to break the rules here. Absolutely no customer service, looks like I will have to raise a claim with Paypal.
