Just a terrible first human hair wig experience. When I ordered I realised it wouldn't arrive in time and tried to cancel. They argued me in circles until I agreed to keep it, promising a partial refund if I did. I never received the partial refund. When the wig arrived I got it out of the box and was immediately hit by a fishy odor so strong it made me retch. It smelled like an untreated infection. I have since put it through several recommended treatments to remove the smell and nothing has helped, it stinks a month later as badly as it did when it arrived. I haven't been able to use it at all. Customer service is nowhere to be found. Just awful.
