Unreliable Shipping Times + other issues
There's a few things I have to say about UNIQSO, First of all their shipping times are unreliable; I ordered a pair of power contacts BEFORE Thanksgiving expecting to have them within a few weeks but no- it took, I kid you not, Over 4 MONTHS for a single pair of contacts to arrive, I needed them before AMKE (which was February 3-5) and they arrive a day later, super unreliable. Secondly, they just order stuff second hand from other stores, when I received the contacts the case/packaging they came in said they came from SweetyCon which if you didn't know is another website that sells cosplay contacts, if I would have known this earlier I would have ordered from SweetyCon in the first place, Albeit I would have ordered from TTEYE which is my Go-To contact website, BUT, they didn't carry power contacts like I needed so I had to search elsewhere, I've never heard anything bad about UNIQSO before so I trusted them. LASTLY I was given store credit due to the fact that I was waiting so long to receive them, I also payed for the faster shipping, and when I received the email that I had the store credit I tried to use it right away so I could utilize it right away and not forget about it, But the issue was is there was no way for me to access it- I tried signing in, that didn't work, I thought well maybe there was a coupon code on the email instead? NOPE WRONG AGAIN, I am very frustrated with UNIQSO and will probably never order from them again unless they step up their service and bring their A-Game. ACTUALLY THIS IS THE LAST THING (I promise), I received an Email to leave a review, I thought "well I might have overlooked this email from the past so I'll leave my two-sense" BUT the issue is; I RECEIVED THIS E-MAIL, I KID YOU NOT, 52 MINUTES AGO, To remind you I made this purchase back IN NOVEMBER, and it says "thanks for your recent purchase". WOW, I am utterly disappointed in UNIQSO, and saying I am disappointed is a HEAVY understatement, Do better UNIQSO.
