Good when it works, which is most of the time.
I've used GearUP for a few months now, and my ping on League of Legends has dropped from 150 to around 98; a pretty significant and felt drop. The only issue is that occasionally it won't affect my ping and rarely actually make it worse, but I'd say that only happens 1 every 5 sessions and a restart usually fixes it.
