Their products are great but it is so confusing as to what is needed to run things. There are multiple subscriptions and it is so unclear what each one does. I have the litter box and got the AI subscription but now I added a camera and it looks like the AI doesn’t cover the camera. The prices are different in the app and online and one shows my subscription, one doesn’t. When I go to upgrade it wants to charge me full price even tho I already have a subscription and should just pay the difference to upgrade. And I’m not even sure what I need to run the camera. They really need to streamline this and make it clear. I may just return everything and go back to litter robot.
