GARBAGE COMPANY!! Their warranty doesnt cover anything, they will refuse to accept any warranty claim even if the scooter was made faulty from factory. Customer service is a literal joke & its exhausting trying to get a hold of anyone & when you do they sent pre-prompt emails not even listening to the problem, the money you save isn't worth it. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE
