Terrible quality & no refund offer
Ordered 2 “Orthopedic” Sandals, took long time to receive it and then the sandals were too big, poor quality and company won’t provide a refund. They ask for pictures but didn’t matter because they won’t give refund “unless there is a quality issue” They offer a 20% discount coupon to buy the size you want. I wrote back “Unacceptable!” Then they came back with a 50% discount coupon to reorder (shoes I don’t want) or I pay $40 international shipping fee and they will send the correct size, which I ordered my usual size. These are NOT made in USA, items received do NOT appear the same as pictured. Don’t bother with this company! Scam!
