Thousand Miles fan
I'm a thousand miles fan and love their pants. I have bought from them many times without any issues, as such I've trusted their quality of service. This time I've decided to try their Adaptiv Urban Pants and I bought 3. All same sizes. However, one of the pants, the size is about an inch smaller at the waist. And another one, they've sent the Adaptiv Pants instead of Adaptive urban pants. Due to my trust, i've cut the tags off before trying it on, so am not eligible for returns/exchange. Too bad, my fault. Trust, but verify next time. All in all, I still love their pants. Very comfortable.
