Placed an order August 1st
Placed an order August 1st. Besides an order conformation and my credit card being charged, I have had zero updates on my order. I emailed customer service, no response. Though I get daily marketing emails. Not ready to consider another order until this one actually ships and arrives. Starting to wonder if placing the order was a mistake. OWU80383
