Avoid this company
Everything went smoothly initially, but there's little support when issues arise with their treatment. Customer support is essentially a canned response library, and it's been difficult to get help from their inadequate product. Specifically, I have been using the aligners based on their recommendations, and regardless, the aligners don't fit securely on my teeth. They have closed my support case without my knowledge and have withhold support due to their own company's oversight. This oversight being an urgent field safety notification due to regulatory violations from the FDA. That should tell you enough to avoid buying any products from this company. Edit in response to Byte: I already have a case by emailing support and I am still waiting for a response. Rather than me reaching out continuously, could you just respond to my message?
