Will not honor warranty
They do not honor their warranty when a product malfunctions. We have been going back and forth since May 2025 on an issue with the Qrevo Master vacuum with no resolution. We have sent multiple videos, returned the robot for repair, it did not fix the issue. The warranty is almost out and we still have zero resolution. We own 3 of their vacuums and won’t be purchasing another based on the fact they won’t replace an obviously malfunctioning machine within the warranty period. I do not recommend this company or their products.
