Poor user experience
I recently bought the Monsgeek FUN60 keyboard and i've got to say that it's been quite an awful experience. The keyboard per se is mechanically really good but it doesn't come with instructions on how to configure it correctly so when you plug it in it actually doesn't work and i spent an hour figuring out what drivers i had to install and found out i had to use the monsgeek app (which also changed url) to configure it correctly and also it doesn't specify in the manual the keys to enable pairing mode and all the other modes of the keyboard. Monsgeek has to improve their UX and customer service, really bad
