Poor Quality Product and Disappointing Service.
I purchased a bag and within just one week, one of the handle screws lost . I contacted the company expecting a proper solution, but all they offered was to send me screws so I could fix it myself. I didn’t pay 400$ for a faulty item or a DIY repair job — I expected a quality product that lasts. This response shows a lack of responsibility and care for customers. Very disappointed with both the product and the service. I won’t be buying from them again.
