I wish I had found these reviews before ordering from Rowan girl....Do not order from them!!! Spend your money elsewhere! They are terrible to deal with, I got 2 dresses, both poor quality, the halter dress is an absolute joke, not even wearable. They will not send me directions/ address to return, instead they 1st offered $3 per item refund! They then offered $5 per item and 30% next purchase! What a joke! Scam, crooks, poor quality, no customer service!
