Absolutely horrendous
Absolutely horrendous. The sizing is wrong, so I had to spend £15 returning a pair of shoes that were falsely marketed as a size 39. They arrived, according to the tracking, but Buykud didn't acknowledge their arrival. They agreed to send the replacements though. 6 days later, after I'd had to message again, they packed the parcel, but I still haven't had any shipping or tracking information 10 days later.
