I returned the mattress cover after paying for it to this address: Joe Cui 1130 Coiner CT City of Industry, CA .91748 After looking this address and person up, I was informed that this is a " brushing scam". I have received no more customer service replies other than to ask, again for the tracking number i had already sent. Do not but from this company.
