I have been a fan of forever for over 10 years now. Recently bought a freedom Which I use for my joints but this batch seems to have very little or no gel in it. Could I get a replacement. I bought on the Internet for 25 pounds. It was sealed. I shock the bottle everything I use it but no gel. ?
