Says they delivered a futon that was ordered but it never showed up at my home. I have 3 cameras that record on my property. Not one truck/vehicle came by the house that day to deliver it. Neighbor across the street looked on theirs and nothing as well. This package least 200lbs. Update: Found out said futon was delivered but to CA instead of KY....and they signed for it
