Exceptional grinder (I bought with SSP burrs) and #1 Customer service!
The grinder is really great and their customer service was 10+. They patiently answered multiple email questions from me about which burrs were best and the advantage of using their company for an overseas delivery. I paid for shipping and it covered all the import taxes. They even told me if I would get charged any additional import fees that they would help me with that -- so when Fedex decided they are going to charge an extra local fee of $33 for delivering a package over 5 Kilos, DF refunded that for me!!
