Difficulty with Return process
I am having great difficulty returning one of the first two items I ordered. The SUBMIT button on the vendor's site doesn't work-- I am waiting for a confirmation of my request for Return and credit for the Khaki item I ordered, and it is extremely difficult to locate a Customer Service agent to assist with the problem.
