Terrible quality, foul smell, and impossible to get a refund. Do not waste your money on Cynosure Hair. As soon as I opened the package, I noticed the hair had a horrible, strong chemical/ foul smell. The quality was incredibly poor, very thin, and looked nothing like what was advertised online. I immediately started the return process without even styling or manipulating it. Despite returning it exactly as required, they are now playing games and refusing to give me my money back. They are holding my funds hostage. Avoid this dishonest company!
