WARNING>>>> they advertise VAT is paid, but they are not paying it and you must pay the VAT in import to UPS. I have reported this to the HMRC as tax fraud.

Terrible
Terrible! The ingress process was promised to be 24 hours. 20 days later my goods are stood there and I am unable to dispatch the items. They have cost me money and wasted my time. Terrible.... avoid at all costs.
