Worthless Multifocal Glasses and poor customer support.
I placed an order for a pair of Multifocal Eyeglasses, which were advertised as being one pair of glasses that would sharpen eyesight for both near and far distances. The order took about a month to be delivered. They were a miserable failure and only made my eyesight blurry. I contacted the company via their customer support email to request a return-and-refund. They denied the failure of the glasses and offered me $2.00 in compensation. I again requested a full refund and my request was denied. I will never do business with this company again.
