"instant delivery" is not instant…
"instant delivery" is not instant delivery on OffGamers, I ordered 2 gift cards for 150€ each, in the store it said they are buyable and in stock. After ordering they say they have to restock them first and dont answer any of my emails or support tickets for the last 2 days. The fees are a little high but they are transparent about it, but not delivering my codes is a huge issue. Update: they now ansered my mails and say i can refund or wait until its restocked. I refunded but they still take their 13€ processing fees, pretty bad look because its their fault i didnt get my product Still a bad user experience, they knew beforehand that they dont have the codes for instant delivery but still took my money and let me wait for several days
