At vinyasa yoga ashram I feel like home. Some people actually stay there after their 500hr to continue perfecting the techniques! I didn’t just find teacher I found a big happy family. Gurus are extremely talented :) the food it’s 🤩 Amazing too🙌🏼 I am back for my 300hr and planing to stay longer if the universe allows me to! I have improved technique in a short period of time with the help of teachers and found fascinating the other clases like Pranayamas philosophy and anatomy 🦋 very great full to be part of VYA family 🙏
