The shipping was great, the product was not
The shipping was great - the product arrived much faster than I expected. Which is why I gave it 2 stars. However, it's the product I have issues with. While it feels like a very nice moisturizer, that is all it is, I hope. It does NOTHING for under-eye bags. And it definitely does not work as advertised in the many videos I've seen. It's clear the women in those videos are using something deferrent then the product I received. Such a shame that you are promoting false advertisement to make money. How do I get a refund?
