I ordered a one-piece dress, three blouses, a skirt, two petticoats, and a pair of shoes. The dress, two of the blouses, and the skirt were all preorder items. The rest were in stock. I ordered in mid-July, with my estimated time of arrival for all items being late November (due to the pre-order items). All of my items arrived early (It's October)! Everything arrived to me safely and exactly as expected. The sizing chart was accurate, so everything fit very well. I wore my outfit out today--I got a lot of compliments and it was very comfortable, even though that was the first time those shoes were worn! If you order from here, keep in mind that shipping will be very expensive. You can pick the shipping method before you put it in your cart (with some vary in cost), but it will be expensive no matter what option you pick since it's from overseas. If you have any questions or concerns, the customer service in my experience is great. When I contacted them, they got back to me the next day. Overall: I recommend buying from here and would buy again. It's pricey, but I love Lolita clothing. The quality is worth it. :)
