Their method of being a bridge between the customers and the product providing companies is really awesome. I have been able to be part of the PG community and get the best possible service round the clock. As it is backed by a strong community of customers we always get honest opinions from them about various products that PG offers. I purchased a product for $49 that was sold through PG, but the seller didnot satisfy me and hence I posted about my discomfort in the community backed WhatsApp group. The PG team immediately replied to me, guiding me to the seller and they tried to solve the problem I faced. Though the problem was solved, I was not satisfied with the product I bought on PG, hence I applied for a refund and surprise, I got the refund credited to my PG wallet immediately. Thank you Team PG
