The best experience renting I’ve ever had. The entire team is so thoughtful and courteous. From beginning to end it’s be flawless. Whenever I had any issues, Tick handled it quickly and professionally. Even when it was time to buy our own home and part ways, the process was handled fantastically. Deposit was given back quickly and straight forward. No back and fourth needed. James was who we worked with directly. I can’t begin to express how appreciative I am that he’s on the Tick team. He’s phenomenal and so kind. If you ever wonder what they’re like, take it from someone who’s rented from them for 3 years. You’d be hard pressed to find another team that works this closely with you in the stand up manner they do. 10/10
