UOB Thailand took over the customers from citi Thailand at the same conditions. It took 2 weeks, 5 hours of work, because NO ONE new at the branch in Pattaya how to make an international transfer. The support from the so called "account manager" was more than week. And finally they charged me, even the transfer should be free of charge.
