Website advertised instant delivery… not.
Website advertised instant delivery which is why I ordered here. However it is not instant at all and I am still waiting hours after payment. Regardless of whatever reasons or factors that may have caused the delay, speedyninja did not take the initiative to inform the customer of the delay. A responsible merchant should live up to their promises and provide good customer service to follow up with delayed orders. I am very disappointed as this is equivalent to false and/or misleading advertising. I am leaving this review here to warn potential buyers of their false advertising and lack of customer support, not to expedite my purchase process which should be a natural expectation. Be warned.
