This is one of the worst companies to purchase hair from. They advertise a great product, but it’s not the same when you get it. The hair losses its “pizzazz” as soon as you wash it. I purchased from the TikTok shop and was give not one, but two wigs that were nothing like the advertised. I was told to delete my review and I would get a refund. I obliged, and never got compensated. I would advise you to steer clear of this company, they are not trustworthy.

I don’t feel like a valued customer
I have made several purchases and because the very last purchase was not good quality, I was asked to take my business elsewhere. It was the butterfly cut wig and it was defective but, I thought I’d give them another shot. Big mistake! I have points I could use towards my purchase but because they made a quality assurance mistake, I am being penalized. It’s okay though because, if I am going to be treated like that, I’d rather go elsewhere anyways.
