Pice of crap products no warranty, no response what so ever, DON'T BUY!!!
Either the cellphone nor the customer serve nor the warranty department are worth it, just the worst company to deal with, bought the BL5500 5G , I was looking for a work robust , rugged phone , I bought the phone and it only took a fall from les than a foot and the damn thing started overheating. I contacted the company they mail and website and they DO NOT WARRANTY their products, in the US I'd you have an issue they replace you the products, here they don't , I used it for 2 months when had the issue,it's been more than 3-4 months and they said that they would send the spare part si I can take it to a cell phone repair shop, they only "would provide" the spare part, they do not fix it and it's supposed to be under a "1YEAR WARRANTY" Which it a BIG LIE, they won't take the phone back nor give any answers, worst money spent on a piece of junk, I'm still waiting on a tracking number for the spare part. Money went down the drain, don't buy ANYTHING from this company !
