I order è products totaling payed 180 dollars not received after 2 week of order. Make mistake on my telephone number. Written to them 8 time comprise today. Called they tel number and all time awaiting plus than 10 min without answer. No one answered I have already start to talk with my bank to take the money back. But I have to make a complaint in China first !! This message received from them “We are pleased to inform you that your order 30885251129921 has been shipped.” This people answer here in trustpilot to contact cotosen but no one answered !!! I thinks I lost my money for the Christmas gift !!!

I ordered, and received this answer after 2 week of paying: “We are pleased to inform you that your order 30885251129921 has been shipped.” In the meantime I written 5-6 email to correct my telephone number. No answer. I called the tel number but not answer… I am very worry about my 180 euro payd to this company answer here was to write to them or call. But no one answered the emails and no one answer the phone. I will never receive the merchandise if they do not change - correct my telephone number !!!
