Scammed
Been on this website for almost 2 years. Main thing about connecting with people is fine except a lot of buyers being weirdos, but what I went through is pure scam and unacceptable. They have this "Lucky Draw" where you spin for random rewards, mostly useless ones except the very small chance to get a coupon. You can use daily free spins, some free virtual currency, or paid buff currency. I already once accidentally used buffs to spin due to there being absolutely no confirmation whether I want to use my money on a useless spin. So I messaged support and asked for refund and told them to add a confirmation prompt when using real money on it. They didn't refund it so since then I mostly stayed away from lucky spin and only paid directly when I wanted to buy something instead of putting money into my account. Now, a year later I had some money in the account and decided to go for free lucky spins. Worth to mention that after pressing on the free lucky spin, my cursor was exactly on top of the button for paid lucky spin, which is obvious bait for people to click. After awhile I notice one spin worth of money is missing from my account. I probably accidentally clicked on the mentioned button, but I wouldn't be surprised if they just took it without clicking any of the paid spin buttons. Since there was still no confirmation I assume they like that. So I messaged support again and told them I'm leaving the website if I don't get a refund. They still refused to refund and I'm out.
