Total rip off of a company. Rip you off on internet, move numbers on your account then say you did. Have guidlines and dont follow them. Avoid. UPDATE below you can see they tried to blackmail me to remove this review before they'd escalate my issue... Tip for consumers: Just terrible customer service Products used: Expedition and they rip you off with the internet. In reference to your replies below- The first ticket was opened as your underhanded wording of the way the card works uses your credit on the number as well as the purchased data package. That was closed as even though it is a poor and underhanded way of doing things that’s the product. 2- as you can clearly see in the ticket I pointed out that it was a system error that put the credit on the wrong number and I contacted your service center straight away. They blamed me and wanted to charge me for your systems error. During that conversation I’d decided that I’d had enough being treated so poorly by what clearly is an unethical company and posted a review. The agent obviously got a notification of the review and told me to take it down otherwise he wouldn’t help me. I have screen shots of the conversation but unfortunately I can’t post them here on trust pilot but I did over numerous other product review websites.
