Giveaway, not sure what to do, discouraged by others experience
Not really sure what to put or do here, I won a giveaway two months ago, and have received little communication from the Instagram and have only heard back when following up with customer service, even then I’m really being left in the dark and waiting days if not more to hear back. Kind of feel like I’m stuck in the middle here. Edit: I have heard back from lacemade and they are assuring me I will revive my dress. I am still waiting for tracking information and for them to respond to my order info on the Instagram page. I will keep updated as the process goes along. I have been emailing them for a month and have still not received the tracking number which is slightly concerning.
