Banggood Warranty Nightmare: Six Months Without a Solution
I purchased a device from Banggood for over 400 euros, which broke down within two months. Since then, Banggood has been unable to arrange the warranty repair. After a long and rather amusing series of offers, they asked me to return it to China at my own expense (promising to send it back once it arrived), yet they couldn’t provide the necessary information for shipping, such as the company’s VAT number required for customs clearance. To this day, they have not managed to resolve the warranty repair, and six months have already passed. I frequently shop at Banggood, but I will never again buy any item worth more than 100 euros from them.
