HDB fire insurance payment option
The letter provided AXS station for payment. Since FWD is a main HDB insurance assigned company for the fire insurance, it would be good that they payment options be more than just the current. E.g. PAYNOW QR code directly to pay on the letter, AXS e-station on phone app to have FWD listed for payment. My family member has difficulty in getting to the payment thought AXS e-station can be used but FWD not listed. Thanks
