10/10 Experience over 3.5 years!
I’ve been faithfully using my Lumen for 3.5 years. It has helped me see what my metabolism really is doing, and what triggers I may have. I see that stress, athletics, and exercise plays a huge role in my readings, as does medication. Their education is outstanding, and the discussion on mitochondria health is very helpful for longevity, and cellular understanding. I give this device a 10/10!
