No refund 15 days and counting
I purchased an item on 12/26/23 and cancelled the order. I received a response the next day that the order was successfully cancelled. It is now 1/12/24 and I have yet to receive my refund. I have emailed them several times. The last email said that "the manager is working really slowly today but I'll try to make her do it". Ridiculous and untrustworthy. Save your money and purchase from Son De Flor.
