Wrong item sent, they won't fix the issue.
While the custom piece we received was great, as were the extra brushes, the other item I ordered did not arrive. I got the wrong set and every time I have attempted to contact them, they never reply with anything other than an automated response. My issue has never been resolved and now I have a set I do not want.
